At Happy Cultures, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
